Program Manager – Content Management – I was initially hired to set up and manage Whirlwind Steel’s Document360 presence. While doing that, I also expanded my role into Data Governance, Onboarding, Training, and M-Files Administration. This was my opportunity to keep my strong Technical Documentation skills sharp while zooming out and learning how to create value from an overall systems perspective and integrate AI into my workflow.
- Reorganized a 400-page Quality Systems Manual from MS Word into Document360 for easier access by auditors and easier maintenance by Quality
- Designed a knowledge management and Training strategy connecting M-Files, Document360, and Paylocity LMS

Technical Writer – I was chosen for a short contract with DART to help the Technology Department update some policies.

- Completed an 11th-hour rescue documentation upgrade just before the Pivot3 vSTAC OS v6.5.1 release in five work weeks
