Summary

I pride myself on providing excellent organizational, grammatical, and writing skills, and communication abilities between departments to run an effective knowledge management and documentation effort within any small- to medium-sized company in any industry. I have strengths in both Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Production environments, with a nod to Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementation, as well as a proven ability to learn the systems in any new industry quickly. I can work effectively in Atlassian products Jira and Confluence; Microsoft products such as Teams and SharePoint; Adobe products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; and, as this site is structured with WordPress, I am also literate in that medium. I have administrative experience with Document360, SharePoint, and Paligo. While I have never held a technical role within a software company, I have become familiar with software offerings from several different companies and understood them well enough to write instruction manuals surrounding those products with information gleaned from developers and QA engineers. I have a tone that bridges professional writing and relatable content, which helps make my content more understandable to non-technical users of any product.

I am currently seeking work after an AI-driven layoff from my previous company, and would love to expand my skill set into the knowledge management space to better build my vocabulary in that segment of my industry.
