I pride myself on providing excellent organization, grammatical and writing skills, and communication abilities between departments to run an effective documentation effort within a company from any industry. However, I have most recently been employed in SaaS Cloud Software and truly enjoy working within the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC). I can work effectively in Atlassian products Jira and Confluence, and as this site is structured with WordPress, I am also literate in that medium. I have administrative experience with Document360. While I have never held a technical role within a software company, I have become familiar with software offerings from several different companies and understood them well enough to write instruction manuals surrounding those products with information gleaned from developers and QA engineers. I have a tone that bridges professional writing and relatable content, which helps make my content more understandable to non-technical users of any product.

I am currently not seeking work, as I believe I have found a great position where I will be able to thrive and help. I start on 6/19/2023 – wish me luck!
